John Robertson opened
his Govan Road shop in 1950 and the following year began production of
his lightweight cycles under the 'Milano' (as seen above) & later
the 'Robertson' Marques. Heavilly influenced by all things from the continental
racing scene, they featured much use of French and Italian componentry.
Approx 1200 in all were built.
