One of the early series of frames produced by Dave Yates at M.Steels in Newcastle, for Dales Cycles Ltd. who purchased Scot trademark. Although not produced by Rattrays, they are built entirely from Reynolds 531 and with Campagnolo dropouts, are well executed steel frames by an established framebuilder nonetheless.
